Will my website contain adverts?
Absolutely not. Unless you specify that you want particular adverts on any of your webpages, NBM Web Designs does not place adverts on your website.
How long will it take to complete an order?
We aim to complete an order (that is, from approved design to live on to the internet) as fast as possible but is subject to our workload. We do offer the priority option where we guarantee completion within 48hours*. The golden rule is: "Good, fast, cheap; Pick any two"!
Does NBM Web Designs offer any aftersales support?
Absolutely. We pride ourselves on our level of customer service pre-sale, during design process and after-sales. We offer a fast response e-mail service, low-cost phone number (answered by real people in the UK) and customers that have our gold or platinum service or those that take advantage of our priority option are given a dedicated mobile phone number maned 24/7!
What payment methods do NBM Web Designs offer?
Our preferred payment option is via PayPal although we are soon to introduce the new google account option. Other options are direct bank transfer.
What if I want to add a photo/image/text after the website is live?
If this is a result of an error by NBM Web Designs we will of course make the changes free of charge as soon as is possible. Any alterations after that will be subject to a small fee unless you have taken out our aftercare package in which case they would be made without additional charge.
What are those w3c icons on the 'About Us' page?
These icons (which link to the w3 website) show that NBM Web Designs "have taken the care to create an interoperable Web page" which in short means that the website has been designed in accordance with web standards to work correctly on all standards complience browsers.
Do I need to have my own domain name?
No. Most ISP's will give you a small amount of webspace free of charge. Your domain name will then consist of your account username and a reference to your ISP. For example, if your internet / broadband is supplied by Tiscali and your account username is "john.smith" then your website address would be something like "http://homepage.tiscali.co.uk/john-smith.
What domain name extensions ⁄ TLD's do NBM Web Designs offer?
We are able to supply .co.uk, .me.uk, .com and .name extensions
Can I buy a domain name seperately?
Absolutely. If you already have your own domain name or wish to purchase one seperatly we can simply point your website to your domain name. This doesn't effect the service provided by NBM Web Designs at all.
